Germany does not conclude any investment protection agreements with countries whose rule of law is not beyond all possible doubt.

All of the properties which TIMBERFARM owns and which are held by TIMBERFARM Assets AG, are entered in the Panamanian land registry and documented. They are moreover free of any liens.
